Orders and approval of previews

Shop orders are confirmed when payment succeeds at checkout. Custom orders begin only after you approve both the digital preview and the quote in writing. Approval locks the design, colours, size and placement — changes after approval may need a fresh quote.

Pricing in INR

All prices on this site are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Custom quotes are fixed for thirty days. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay and confirmed again on custom quotes.

Production and delivery times

Previews arrive within two working days. After approval, single pieces ship in about a week and bulk orders in two to three weeks. Delivery across India then takes about 5 to 8 working days with tracking. Dates we confirm are careful estimates; we will tell you promptly if anything slips.

Custom-made goods

Every piece is stitched to order for you, so finished goods cannot be resold as new. That is why change-of-mind returns are not accepted — please read the full policy in Shipping and Returns before ordering.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, or stitched differently from the preview you approved, report it within 7 days with a photo and we will redo the piece or refund you, as described in Shipping and Returns.

Intellectual property of artwork you send us

You confirm that any logo, photo or artwork you send us is yours to reproduce, or that you have permission to use it. You keep all rights in your artwork; you grant us a limited licence to digitise it, stitch it and show the finished piece in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to redoing your piece or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as event costs or missed deadlines beyond the order value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajasthan, India having jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to settle things with a conversation first.
