What we collect

When you place an order or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details — the design you chose, its size and placement, and any message you write to us. We collect only what is needed to stitch and deliver your order.

Why we use it

Your details are used to prepare previews, confirm quotes, stitch your piece, arrange delivery and reply to your questions. We also use order history to help with reorders and support. We never sell your data, and we never share it except to complete your order, such as handing a parcel to the delivery carrier.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure pages. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords — only the confirmation that your payment succeeded.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a small number of cookies to keep the cart working and to understand, in aggregate, which pages visitors find useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, though the cart may not remember items between visits.

Asking for deletion

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, at any time. Write to hello@needlefern.in from the email address you used with us, and we will respond within seven working days.
